This privacy policy (the "Policy") sets out in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) the way in which FJA Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd ("FJA") (ACN 615 390 175) and its associated entities (together FJA, we, us or our) may collect, store, use, manage and protect your personal information.

We store your personal information in hard copy format and digitally, on site or with a third party storage provider.

FJA uses commercially reasonable safeguards to store and protect any information transmitted through its websites. However, because information transmitted through the internet is never completely secure, we cannot guarantee or warrant the absolute security of any information you communicate to Durkin.
